Delivery within mainland UK will take 3 working days from dispatch. Ireland & Scottish highlands may take 3-5 working days while Europe can take up to 8 working days depending on location. Each coloured band represents a different level of resistance in tension and thickness. For example: Yellow 10lb (light), Blue 20lb (medium), Red 30lb (strong),Green 40lb (heavy), and Black 50lb (extreme).
The resistances are only an approximation and the tension mainly depends on the amount of stretch you can get.
