Purchased The resistance bands pro system, and i have to say they are great. I workout 5 days a week at the gym and at times the weights are been used by other users. I just use my fitness bands as they work as good as the dumbbells. I can't leave home without them, guess i'm a fitness fanatic. I would recommend these exercise bands to all basic to advance gym users. They work great no matter what your goal is.
